environment.  First specialized in automating water treatment processes,
Envitech has built over the years a solid international reputation. The success
of our accomplishments as well as our clients' trust in the quality of our products

Envitech offers specialized communication, energy, automation, and control.

manufacturing, systems installation and staff training.

In addition to designing new systems, we build standardized products and take care of refurbishing and updates to already existing systems. Whatever your needs, we can manage all the stages in the products' lifecycle or handle just part of the work, for example, the design, manufacturing or automation of a system.

Conceptual design

You have an idea for a new system or process, but do not have all the necessary resources or are not sure how to go about it? We can put our expertise to your advantage and help you accomplish your project.

Often starting with still undefined objectives, our team of engineers and specialists in many different fields can help you determine the specific requirements of the system to be designed. We can also help you establish performance criteria to evaluate the project, taking cost and deadline constraints into special account.

We will also provide all the data necessary for technical and commercial risk analyses of the project. This ensures a maximized performance of the capital you invest.

Detailed design

Once the objectives are well-established, our team will carry out a detailed design of the project by translating the system requirements into hardware and software characteristics.

Then comes the design of the system's hardware modules and design and integration of software.  At this stage, we provide our clients with all of the technical details: the diagrams, plans and specifications that are used in system manufacturing.

Manufacturing

Programming and integration
In addition to our own systems, we also program various Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI), SCADA systems and other peripherals according to your needs and requirements.

Commissioning and tests

Given the complexity of the systems and their critical role in your organization, we are careful to carry out all necessary testing in our facilities to make sure these systems will function perfectly once in place. Our protocol of rigorous tests, our well-established procedures and our ISO 9001:2000 certification are guarantees of quality, efficiency and stability.

Because systems are increasingly sophisticated, we pay special attention to commissioning. For a system to function well and be 100% reliable year after year, this essential step must be performed to the T.

This is why a team of experts perform final settings and corrective on location before they carry out final functional and operational tests.

Documentation and training

What would a full system be without adequate documentation? At the delivery of the system and following any up-dating, Envitech provides clients with complete technical documentation, including electrical and mechanical diagrams and user and maintenance manuals.

We also take care of training your personnel so that each member can use the new system effectively. Designed and given by specialists in the field, our training sessions are tailored to your needs and cover installation, commissioning, operations and maintenance.

Field services
