BRIGHTON, MI--(Marketwire - November 13, 2008) - Clean Green Energy, LLC (www.cleangreenenergyllc.com) has engaged a non-profit group, Michigan Green (Group for a Renewable Energy Efficient Nation -- www.michigangreen.org), to manage the energy education component of its Project EVERGREEN Schools™ program.

Michigan GREEN is a group of energy companies and consultants, together with schools, colleges, and universities, that have joined together to champion the cause of renewable energy and energy efficiency throughout the Nation. Michigan GREEN's energy education consultants will partner with teacher/leaders to align units of instruction within state content benchmarks in science, math, and social studies.

BRIGHTON, MI - Clean Green Energy LLC www.cleangreenenergyllc.com has recently received notification from Clark County School District, Las Vegas, Nevada that it was selected to participate in Nevada's Renewable Energy at Schools Pilot Program in response to a RFP submitted on June 5, 2008. 

Clark County School's have initially assigned four schools to Clean Green Energy and reserves the right to assign additional schools should they become available.  The Renewable Energy at Schools Pilot Program is a ten school statewide demonstration for renewable energy systems installed and operated entirely at each school by Renewable Energy Providers.

MTI Energy Management / Lighting Specialists Inc. has transferred its rights to assets of Partners GREEN, a Michigan LLC, to Clean Green Energy LLC. 
 
Partners GREEN projects included in the rights transfer:

• Rutgers University power purchase agreement for a WindStor® Project EverGREEN Schools™ System
• An exclusive mandate from Axiom Entertainment, a Michigan developer, to provide an on-site renewable energy system for maximum supply of electric power required by a new, all season theme park called MainStreet America www.mainstreetamerica.tv  being planned for construction near Grayling in Michigan’s Northern Lower Peninsula
• Numerous other projects at various stages of development
